COACHING FOR TEENAGERS IN DUBAI
Helping teenagers find their confidence, in school, in sport and in life.
25 years as a teacher, deputy head and director of sport. Now I coach teenagers in Dubai one-to-one with young people, on a bike trail, in the gym or on the golf course, wherever they feel most like themselves.
No forms, no obligation. I reply personally, usually within a few hours.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Your child is capable of so much more than they believe right now.
Struggling to fit in
Finding friendships hard, especially after a move to a new school or a new country.
Anxious about school
Dreading the school gate, or finding it hard to go in at all.
Overwhelmed by exams
Bright and willing, but revision feels chaotic and results don't reflect the effort.
Freezing under pressure
Loves their sport, but nerves take over on match day.
Tired of fitting the mould
Neurodivergent and exhausted by environments that weren't designed for them.
Hard to reach
Withdrawn, and conversations at home tend to end in a closed door.
You're not alone, and neither are they. Most of the young people I work with started in exactly this place.
HOW I CAN HELP
Three coaching pathways, one bespoke plan for your child.

PATHWAY 01
Confidence & Belonging
For teens who are struggling to fit in, cope, or get to school. Experienced in supporting neurodivergent young people.
-
Understand themselves and their strengths
-
Practical tools for anxiety and social situations
-
A steadier, calmer relationship with school

PATHWAY 02
Academic Success
For students preparing for IGCSE, GCSE and beyond, built on 25 years of teaching and the cognitive science of learning.
-
Revision methods that actually stick
-
A realistic, personal study plan
-
Calm, confident exam performance

PATHWAY 03
Sports Mindset
For young athletes held back by nerves, from a former high-level player and 25-year coach.
-
Pre-performance routines that settle nerves
-
Confidence that holds under pressure
-
Bouncing back quickly from mistakes
Most young people need a mix. After our first conversation, I'll build a package around your child, not the other way round.
FOR PARENTS
When school becomes a battle, you don't have to figure it out alone.
If your child is refusing school, struggling with behaviour or anxiety, or just isn't themselves, the whole family feels it. The Back on Track Family Programme helps you understand what's going on, build a calmer home, and get school working with you.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Coaching on their terms.
Plenty of teenagers won't open up sitting across a desk, so we don't have to. I can coach alongside the activities your child already loves. Conversation flows far more naturally when they're doing something they're good at.
Sessions also available at home, in a quiet café, or online.

ABOUT ME
I know schools from the inside.
For 25 years I taught, coached and led in schools, as a classroom teacher, director of sport and deputy headteacher. I've sat in the meetings, seen the pressures up close, and helped thousands of young people through them.

I've also faced my own challenges in life. They've given me both motivation and a deeper understanding of what young people go through in a fast-changing world.

HOW IT WORKS
Simple, relaxed, no pressure.
1
Send me a message
A quick WhatsApp, any time of day. Tell me what's going on and I'll reply personally, and honestly about whether I'm the right fit. We can talk on the phone too if that helps.
2
Meet your teen, build the plan
An informal first session, often doing something they enjoy. Then I design a bespoke package around your child.
3
Coaching, with you in the loop
Regular updates on progress, while respecting the trust your child places in me.

QUESTIONS PARENTS ASK
Good to know
Something else on your mind? Message me on WhatsApp and I'll reply personally.
You'll get regular updates on progress and goals. What your child shares stays between us, unless I'm ever concerned about their safety, in which case you'll always be told.
Wherever your child feels most comfortable: on a bike trail, at the gym, on the golf course, at home, in a quiet café, or online. We'll agree the best setting together. I cover all areas in Dubai.
Yes. Many of the young people I work with are neurodivergent, and I adapt sessions to how each child thinks and learns. I'm a coach rather than a clinician, so I don't diagnose, but I'm always happy to work alongside your child's school, therapist or other professionals.
Most young people work with me for around 8-12 sessions, but every plan is bespoke. We'll review progress regularly and adjust as we go.
Packages start from AED 300 per hour. Because every plan is tailored, I'll give you a clear price after our first conversation, with no obligation.
No. Coaching focuses on the present and the future: building confidence, skills and practical strategies. Therapy is better suited to treating mental health conditions or working through trauma. If I ever feel your child would benefit from specialist support, I'll tell you honestly and help you find it.
